Hints:
1)That’s not a turbocharger
2)The hood is a bitch and a half to close on this fucking car
EDIT: Party-vi wins it with the SN95 Mustang with the V6. His prize is absolutely nothing.

Right on the cylinders, wrong on the brand.

Ford motorcraft radiatot hose, rwd, appears to have 5 intake runners. The power steering and the shape of the intake make me think 5.0 but only having 5 runners is weird.
Volvo 850 or something like that is my guess.

Ford looking to me. Not sure what model, though I'd say from late 90s/early 00s.

I’m going to go with Ford something or another. Probably a truck or T-bird/Cougar, since that looks like an Essex V6 mounted longitudinally. (Top alternator and the mount bracket are giveaways on this)

I’m fairly certain that is in fact a turbocharger

I got the engine family right (Essex 3.8), and the orientation (N-S). I even remembered it was installed in the Thunderbird and the Cougar.
It would have been funnier if it was an T-Bird application.

Not the most powerful, but fairly reliable if maintained well.

Yeah, it hasn’t had too many problems, other than the battery dying over the winter last year. I was actually going to hook up a trickle charge to it today, but it looks like my mum doesn’t have a socket wrench, so I can’t disconnect the negative cable.

Well I see that it’s already been guessed. Happy to know I wasn’t too far off, I was going to guess V6 Taurus.

The tiki god behind the radiator hose must be some kind of clue... what kind of car requires an on-board religious symbol to operate successfully?
